The Essence
Aniseed Water is a premium essential oil, hydro-distilled from the seeds of Pimpinella anisum. Aniseeed Floral Water has a liquorice flavour and is used as flavour agent in confectionary industry especially for cakes and cookies. Tastes like black liquorice, it has a distinctive fower, a few drops can be used in place of ground/ whole anise seed in vegetables. The Anise Oil is also pesticide free, gently crushed & steam distilled once, thus delivering in it a delicately sweet, licorice.
